Connected Beginnings Training Institute provides, coordinates and evaluates statewide infant and early childhood mental health professional development and training to enhance the social and emotional well-being of young children within their families, their communities and their early education and care programs.

Connected Beginnings' work extends the capacity of Massachusetts infant and early childhood practitioners and programs to understand and apply current knowledge of the effects of relationships on very young children's social and emotional well-being, evolving brain architecture and capacity to learn.
