Operations Coordinator 07/12/10

The Operations Coordinator works as an integral member of the Community Impact Operations team to ensure the advancement of division goals. Provides administrative support to the Community Impact Division (CID), manages CID databases, provides technical and customer support to partner agencies, CID staff, and volunteers in the operation of these systems. Director, Leadership and Annual Giving
POSITION OVERVIEW: This position oversees the annual campaign’s leadership giving program, focused on the growth of leadership giving at United Way including but not limited to Alexis de Tocqueville and Beacon Society programs. (The Alexis de Tocqueville Society in Boston, recognizing personal gifts of $10,000 or more, is the second largest in the country.) This position will support the fund raising efforts of UWMB through cultivation and solicitation of major and leadership contributors and prospects through workplace campaigns, through community-based efforts at their homes, or other fund-raising events and venues. Leadership contributors (donors of $1000 or more) represent 52% of annual campaign revenues.  read more »
