How China Blossom LIVES UNITED

North Andover restaurant celebrates milestone and gives back

On October 13th, China Blossom, a popular restaurant in North Andover, celebrated their 50th anniversary as a business operating in Merrimack Valley. As part of the celebration of this milestone China Blossom also generously donated proceeds from the event to United Way! Not many people get to 50th wedding anniversaries so 50 years as a business is extra special and United Way was lucky to be part of a such a special event.  read more »

Youth Violence is on the rise

There was a compelling article from the Boston Globe last week about youth gun violence. What was most striking about this article was not that violence in general has increased in the Boston area, but that the number of victims under 17 has almost tripled since 2002.  read more »
